He tells me he's in love with her and she in love with him. He dreamed of spending life with her but it was only on his whim. For in his (oh so) infinite wisdom he kept his feelings hidden. She knew nothing of his heartfelt love and their romance remained fiction. Then disaster, for a person who was thought to be a friend. Decided that he loved her too, and wasted no time with pretend.
